There are many aspects to consider, including ethnic background, food allergies, type of lifestyle, nutritional goals and physical condition. People have very different nutritional requirements depending on the stage of their life and individual constitution. This course explores how to create unique dietary guidelines for specific clients. We will explore how obesogens cause us to pack extra pounds to our weight; reasons why genetic engineering of plants and animals are harmful for the body and environment; dangers of processed foods and flours; associated risks with microwaves and tap water; food combining principles; the controversy that surrounds soy and much, much more. Then you will learn how to help your clients strategically plan a diet that will suit their specific health and wellness needs.
