Writing for Wellness; Integrating a Practice that Nurtures
your Mind and Spirit.
The “Writing for Wellness” course uses writing as a catalyst for personal growth, emotional freedom and inspiration. This course will encourage you to incorporate a sustainable self-care ritual. Although you’ll move at your own pace, 52 entries are designed for those who would like to incorporate a writing practice for each week. This selection also includes 1 reflection hour with the instructor, moving and working through various entries of your choice. This course will be available entirely online. Upon registration, you will have access to the course content, via PDF format delivered to your email. Once you have received the material,you are welcome to reach out to me by text or email to schedule a 30min phone call. There are no textbooks needed for this course. A certificate with our gold embossed seal will be awarded from the school when the student obtains a grade of 80% or higher in the course.
